Can I upgrade or downgrade my account? Yes. You are free to move to a different plan at any time. We will invoice you for the new amount if you upgrade or apply the refund amount to your next bill if you downgrade. Can I use my own domain name? Yes! You will be provided with the necessary information to transfer your domain name to our servers during the sign-up process. Some of our plans include 1 domain name registration for free. Are "Adult" sites allowed? NO! We refuse to provide services to any company dealing in "Adult" material. See our Terms of Service for complete guidelines. How much space do I get for my web site? The amount of disk space we allocate for each site varies with the plan level. We start with 150 MB and increase with each plan. Find out more here. How much bandwidth do I need for my site? This depends on a few factors such as: i.      How many pages and images your site contains. What is its "size"? ii.     How many visitors your site gets on a monthly basis and how many pages they access. iii.      How much email you generate through your domain name (including attachments). Feel free to **contact us** and we can discuss your bandwidth needs before you sign up. How do I modify my pages? We provide each account with FTP access to your web site. This gives you 24/7 access to your site. You make changes at your convenience. Do you support FrontPage Extensions? Yes. Our servers run the latest version of Microsoft’s FrontPage Extensions. Can I use ASP, PHP, Perl, etc. on my site? Our entry level plan does not allow for scripting but all the others do. A full list of our supported technologies is available here. Can I use a database on my site? MS-SQL and MS Access are available to all plans above the "Personal". You can find more details here. How many email addresses do I get? This depends on the plan you are currently using. Each plan has different levels. You can find out more here. What sorts of payment options are available? We currently accept payments via: PayPal or check. If you would like different arrangements please contact us. After signup how long does it take to get access to my site? We verify each order before it goes "live". Your login information will be sent once your payment has cleared our accounting department. Normal domain transfers take 24 to 72 hours to complete. Can you design my site for me? Can you make changes to my existing site? We offer a full suite of design servers through our parent company: Stage2Design, Inc.
